These Terms of Sale (“Agreement”) govern the purchase of the Product through ClickBank. By completing your purchase, you agree to be bound by this Agreement, ClickBank’s terms, and all applicable laws.

2. Refund Policy

The Product is backed by ClickBank’s standard 60-day return policy. If you are unsatisfied for any reason, you may request a refund within 60 days of purchase by contacting ClickBank directly at www.clkbank.com or through the support information provided on your receipt.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vivid Goods, LLC disclaims liability for any damages, losses, or claims arising from the use or misuse of the Product.

7. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.
